This includes callout fee and first hour.
Our hourly rate thereafter is $125.
parts will be quoted as required.

This includes our expert technicians time & attendance to your property to access and diagnose your machine.
If your unit can undergo repairs during the service call, that would be highly favorable, however if we need to order parts then we will quote for these repairs promptly.

If we need to re-book you, you won't pay the service callout fee again. You will only pay for your parts and labour which will be quoted to you.

This includes the service of one unit, with supplementary units charged as $100 extra per unit, it includes technicians time to attend your premises, cleaning filters, inspecting the indoor and outdoor unit functions, duct work inspection, pressure testing, check electrical integrity and report our findings to you.
